1. Booking

A booking request sent through this website is an enquiry. Your appointment is confirmed only once we contact you and agree a date, time and final price. No payment is taken online.

2. Prices

House Clean (standard) — £20.00 per hour, minimum 2 hours. One-off Clean — £22.50 per hour, minimum 3 hours. Deep Clean — £25.00 per hour, minimum 4 hours. Package prices are "starting from" and depend on rooms/items and condition. We always confirm the final price before starting work.

3. Bundle offer (10% off)

When a Deep Clean and a carpet & upholstery package are booked together in the same enquiry, a 10% discount is applied to the combined "starting from" estimate. The bundle price is an estimate only — the final discounted price is confirmed with you before work starts. The bundle discount applies only when both services are booked together in one enquiry and cannot be combined with any other offer.

4. Cancellation and rescheduling

Cancellations at least 48 hours before the appointment are free of charge. Cancellations within 48 hours may be subject to a charge. Rescheduling is permitted where a suitable slot is available.

5. Access

You must provide access at the agreed time. Please tell us about parking or access requirements in advance.

6. Pets

Please tell us about pets. Animals must be safely contained where appropriate.

7. Customer responsibilities

Please describe accurately what you would like cleaned. Heavily soiled, cluttered or hazardous areas may require extra time or specialist treatment, and we cannot handle hazardous materials (e.g. needles, chemical spills, asbestos, excessive mould).

8. Breakages and damage

We take care with your belongings. Report any damage within 48 hours and we will investigate promptly.

9. Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected service, except where law does not allow limitation.

10. Service area

We currently provide services in Barnsley, Wakefield and Sheffield only.

11. Privacy

We process your personal data only to provide our services and comply with UK GDPR. You may request access to or deletion of your data at any time by emailing cleanwithchristineuk@gmail.com.

12. Right to refuse unsafe work

We may stop or refuse work that is unsafe or presents a health risk.
